Having experienced the joys of our first ever web publication - going back to the turbulant early noughties
- it was rather saddening to see the neglect of The Tapping V's website of late. Even the hillarious 'webshite' pun
conjured after hours of deliberation from myself and jase could not hide the fact that here was a website dying on its feet. More
than anything it was sad to see this very website being used as a housing page for extreme male aggression artwork.
For those who saw it, I apologise.
So this is an update and a new look. And the news - lets try this for starters. A part explanation to the v's
mysterious absence. Lack of gigs. The excuse? - being in a transitional period (we're changing man). I
have abondoned my bass duties with them being passed over to a certain Chris Murdoch. A man I'd love to
give you a profile on but simply dont have the time. To put it simply, we have the right man for the job - a
madcap, tattenhall free spirit, intent on injecting a bit of beatles esque bass playing into the v's septic wall
of sound. Currently we are practicing hard, writing lots of new songs and planning on the mental and musical
harrassment of the world at large
